研究领域:

主要从事电子显微学领域的图像分析的工作,熟悉掌握电子显微镜的高分辨及扫描电子显微像的成像原理、系列离焦像的波函数重建;了解最新的成像技术,如IDPC-STEM等;了解并实践低剂量成像的图像处理;STEM图像的原子位置分析。以上这些工作都有自编代码可实现模拟与分析。

主持项目:

(1)主持国家自然科学基金面上项目,61971201基于深度学习及GPU编程技术定量分析电镜图像,2020/01-2023/1254万元,在研。

(2)主持国家自然科学基金面上项目,61571197原子层厚二维材料的定量电子显微学表征,2016/01-2019/1269.6万元,结题。

(3)主持国家自然科学基金面上项目,项目号:61172011;“利用高分辨电子显微像分析晶体势场与原子列厚度的研究”;2012/01-2015/12。(经费60万元)
